Armageddon has been defined as the final battle between good and evil (our evil is the people and organizations that want to take our rights and heritage away from us) and the end of things as we know it. The fight is going on right now, If we do not stand together and be counted as one and provide the funds to fight the fight, evil will prevail and our hunting and outdoor heritage will be lost forever. Six items that have or will have a dramatic impact on sportsmen and wildlife in NM:

1. New administration: Governor Martinez is Pro-hunting and Pro-gun
   rights and is very supportive of SFW. Unlike the previous administration that
   the environmentalists had control of.
2. Environmentalists and groups such as the wild earth guardians,
   center for biological diversity, sierra club, wildlife federation and others, have
   lost valuable influence in Santa Fe, they realize this and are strategizing on
   how to get it back and will use anything and everything at their disposal even
   resorting to down and out lying.
3. Wolf and Endangered Species issues will soon be a very BIG, BIG deal in NM
4. Sportsmen have one of its own on the Game and Fish Commission
5. Game and Fish has new director
6.  Perfect Storm is upon us but will like other storms, will soon fade
   away

The Facts are these:

1. SFW poised to be THE ORGANIZATION, to be the Sportsmen’s
   organization of choice in New Mexico
2. If not SFW-NM someone will be THE organization, in all likely
   hood it could again be the Wildlife Federation based on history
3. The need to raise awareness is immediate
4. The need to deliver SFW message is an absolutely Vital and
   critical
5. In order to do so; $$$ must be raise
6. $250K budget a year just to maintain the organization

In conclusion; we need your commitment to help us raise some serious $$ in the next 30 days, our goal is $100,000. Here’s the way you can help:

1. Commit to raise $________? ($100 to $1000) or more
2. Contact every sportsmen you know that might help and have them
   become a member, donate or buy a raffle ticket
3. $$ can come in these ways:
1. Outright donation (any amount helps)
2. Re-new existing membership or sign on as a new member $30. ($40.
   After 1^st of year)?
3. Purchase an ATV Raffle ticket $20 each
4. Get a donation of $$ or item for 2012 banquet in your area
   (guns, outdoor equipment)
5. Make a perpetual contribution of $___? That is made every month
   for the next twelve months. The SFW-NM will require a credit card that will be debited for the amount you choose between the 1^st and 10^th
   of each month.

If you know someone that has the means to make a larger donation and you feel that they may be willing to support the SFW-NM and you would like one of the board members to contact them directly please let us know and we can get together and make that happen.

SFW-NM as well as New Mexico as a whole is on the brink of the
“Perfect Storm or Armageddon” the war is upon us have no doubt. The time is
right now not next year, we will be first or we will be last there is no second
or in-between in this war. The other side is not interested in compromise or
prisoners; they are all in are we, are you?

2011 SFW-NM Northwest/Farmington Chapter Coyote Calling Contest Flyer

2011 SFW-NM Northwest Chapter Rules & Regulations / Waiver

We here at the New Mexico Sportsmen for Fish & Wildlife would like to invite each and everyone to attend this meeting if you are in the Farmington area.  The Northwest corner of the State has not been represented in the Commission for 14 years and we are very excited that our Executive Director Robert Espinoza Sr. is now representing the Northwest corner of the State.  Robert has lived in Farmington for the majority of his life, so that is his backyard so to speak.  We know a big part of our membership is also from the Farmington area.

We would like as many members as possible to attend the meeting and fill out a public comment card for Agenda Item #19 in support of Robert Espinoza Sr. being appointed the New Mexico Game & Fish Commission.  This would speak volumes to the State and Governor Martinez that the right man was picked for the job.  Thank You for your dedicated support!
